We met working at the same agency more than a decade ago, where we quickly realised we worked well together. What started as collaboration turned into a genuine friendship, built on trust, shared work ethics and a lot of laughter.
Over time, that naturally evolved into something more. We saw how well our skills complemented each other, how aligned we were in how we approach strategy, clients and quality, and we knew we could build something of our own.

Understanding the client and their business. She really listens, takes everything in and reads between the lines. That means we don’t just deliver what’s been asked for, we deliver what’s actually needed.
What part of a project does Irulan naturally take the lead on?
Content, every time. From sitemaps and keyword mapping to writing from scratch, she’s the go-to. Irulan’s an incredible writer in every sense. I fully expect to see her as a published author one day.
What makes Irulan different from other consultants?
Irulan genuinely cares. About the work, the quality and the people she’s working with. That level of care shows in everything she delivers.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about Irulan?
She can come across as quite tough, and she is incredibly strong and resilient. But she’s also the softest person I know. The most loving, attentive soul, happiest curled up with her dog having a proper snuggle.
